Trying to book this taxi is like being pecked to death by a chicken. Booked online and left two messages. No response. Ridiculous.

Had a really great driver. Had very witty anecdotes. Had a cool Akubra. Also drove us real good.

I use this service regularly, HOWEVER the mobile booking & website has continuously had glitches when booking a seat prior to the bus even coming close to the desired pick up spot. It a says “webleadtime X” meaning it’s unavailable. And I attempt to book hours prior.This has happened 3 times now. And 2 times in a row.After hours doesn’t answer the phone.And a certain lady in reception / admin is quite rude and unprofessional. For a seasoned adult I would expect better interpersonal skills. I could drop a name but will resist out of dignity.I sincerely hope upper management see this review and take action regarding the online front, as the online reliability is starting to look pathetic. Check the trend on the other reviews and phone calls by others.On a good note, kind drivers and business assets in good condition considering the traffic numbers using this service.

Clem was a great and professional driver. He helped my wee flower girls down the stairs at the place we were staying in and just so helpful. He also warned us when there was speed bumps as we drank our sparkling wine. He was so nice and made sure we got to the venue safely.After the wedding at night Clem arrived early and was a great driver then too.We hope anyone who books will give them great reviews as they were so good.I would recommend usuing Allure limousines again. The cars were gorgeous and so nice inside.

I had my 24th Birthday in two of the limousines and It was one of the most memorable experiences I’ve ever had. Both drivers were very friendly and professional and easy to deal with. Fantastic lighting and music. We had so much fun. I would highly recommend this to everyone.
